The owners of SPENDTRACKER^® & SPENDTRACKER^® ADVANCED operate according to strict quality control guidelines.

Refunds and exchanges apply to faulty product only. All faulty product must be returned within 45 days of purchase.

Faulty Products that are sent to the owners of SPENDTRACKER for refund or exchange should be sent by registered mail. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods. Refunds on faulty products will include all postage and handling charges.

All products returned must be accompanied by either the order reference number (obtained when the product was originally purchased online or through a call centre) or a copy of the retail store receipt where the product was purchased.

When returning products, please include the following details: name and address your order reference number and a contact telephone number.

Goods are dispatched within 30 working days of receipt of your order. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, your order may be delayed. In these situations we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

7. Ordered products will be sent within 30 working days of acceptance of your order.

11. You must enclose the following details with the returned product:
    Your name and address;
    The address the product was sent to;
    Your order reference number or copy of store receipt

12. The owners of SPENDTRACKER^® & SPENDTRACKER^® ADVANCED will not be responsible for items that are lost or misdirected. You are strongly advised to send your returned product by registered post.
13. This sale agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of New South Wales.
14. This sale agreement contains all the terms and conditions contained in our contract with you, and cannot be modified without the written consent of either party.
15. If you disagree with any of the terms contained in this agreement, then you should not purchase from this site.

"Cookies" are small files placed on your hard drive that assist in providing customized services. At Spendtracker, the cookies used on this site are used solely to identify your shopping session with no third party referrals or advertising. We do not share any customer information with any third parties and all information you provide is used for your purchase only.
